5. Product Availability

Availability may change due to sales, stock discrepancies, seller updates or other operational circumstances.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, EverythingB2C may contact the customer to discuss an alternative, revised delivery arrangement, or cancellation and applicable refund.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price and under the applicable terms.
An order is subject to acceptance and availability.
EverythingB2C may decline or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Incorrect product information

- Unusual or bulk quantities requiring separate confirmation

- Other legitimate operational reasons
Where payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled by EverythingB2C, the applicable amount will be refunded. However, Pay on Delivery is currently the only payment method available for customers in Vadodara.
7. Pay on Delivery
EverythingB2C currently offers Pay on Delivery (POD), subject to availability and applicable order or delivery conditions.
The customer must pay the applicable order amount to the delivery representative at the time of delivery.
8. Delivery
EverythingB2C currently provides delivery within Vadodara, Gujarat.
Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, seller location, order processing, traffic, weather, operational conditions and other circumstances.
Same-day delivery, where offered, is subject to applicable cut-off times, product availability and delivery-area restrictions.
9. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.
